Attachments are priced as an add-on to the operated machine rate, not as standalone hires — a breaker or auger only earns money mounted on a host machine. Expect three pricing patterns in the UAE market:
- Included: the standard bucket, and often forks, inside the normal day rate.
- Daily add-on: hydraulic tools like breakers typically carry their own daily charge on top of the machine, because they consume wear parts and hydraulic service life.
- Job-quoted: unusual tools (trencher, sweeper) are quoted per job once scope is clear.
Typical UAE market rates, from suppliers’ published prices checked in September 2026, put the skid steer itself at about AED 350–600 a day without an operator, or about AED 600–1,000 with one.
